This artwork embodies my current state of being, overwhelmed by the constant barrage of advertisements. Our culture seems to hinge on the need to buy things, with trends dictating what is deemed in or passé, where people often shape their very identities around the objects they purchase or collect. This piece depicts all the things I was once tempted by, the allure of which has since faded away.
